Ms. Tius has practiced in the areas of bankruptcy, creditor rights, foreclosures, liquidations and insolvency matters for over 33 years. She regularly represents lenders, lessors, receivers, foreclosure commissioners and bankruptcy trustees in commercial and consumer cases in federal and Hawaii state courts. Ms. Tius frequently provides legal education to professional and community groups.
Ms. Tius graduated in 1974 from the University of California at San Diego and in 1979 from New England School of Law. She practiced law for a year in Boston before moving to Honolulu in 1980 when she joined Rush Moore LLP. She is a partner in the firm with which she has been associated since 1980.
