Ms. Otani’s primary area of practice is currently focused on real property conveyancing and collection matters, including but not limited to, foreclosure actions, lease rent collections, and creditor representation in Bankruptcy Court.  Ms. Otani also has significant experience representing liquor licensees before the various County liquor commissions and has represented clients in Family Court adoptions and guardianships and in estate planning and Probate Court matters.

Ms. Otani served as a staff editor of the University of California at Davis Law Review and was involved in various law school committees and organizations. Ms. Otani joined Rush Moore in 1992 following graduation from law school as an associate attorney and in 1999 became a partner at Rush Moore.
