Ms. Bailey is an Of Counsel attorney practicing litigation in various areas including property, real estate, insurance defense, environmental, and appellate law. She has extensive trial and appellate experience in the District Court, Circuit Court, Hawai‘i Intermediate Court of Appeals, Hawai‘i Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Prior to joining Rush Moore LLP, Ms. Bailey defended the County of Hawai‘i in personal injury, wrongful death, property, and employment lawsuits at the Office of the Corporation Counsel. Prior to this, she was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the County of Hawai‘i. In addition, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ronald Ibarra, Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, State of Hawai‘i.
Ms. Bailey lives in Kamuela and is an avid ocean and masters swimmer.
