Ms. Strandtman serves as an attorney of counsel for Rush Moore LLC, focusing on commercial and lender liability litigation. Her experience includes arbitration hearings, mediation, hearings before the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (DCCA), hearings and trials in the Hawaii District Courts, Circuit Courts, and Bankruptcy Court, and appeals in the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Hawaii, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
In 1998, Ms. Strandtman second-chaired an eight-week jury trial in First Circuit Court, resulting in the successful defense of a multi-million dollar lawsuit alleging fraud, misrepresentation, and breach of contract. While attending California State University at Fullerton, she competed as a member of the University’s Division I National Gymnastics Championship team.
Ms. Strandtman joined Rush Moore LLP as an associate attorney in 1991 and became a partner in 1999. After relocating to the Big Island, she became of counsel to the firm in 2001.
