Ms. Anzai’s practice is concentrated on real estate development, condominium law, commercial leasing, and the purchase and sale of real property. She has extensive experience in the development and sales of condominium projects. She also dedicates her time to structuring, negotiating, and documenting a wide variety of complex real property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and commercial leases.

After achieving her law degree with honors from Boston University School of Law, Ms. Anzai spent one year as law clerk to Chief Justice William S. Richardson of the Supreme Court of Hawaii, and subsequently went into private practice. She became a partner at Rush Moore LLP in 1988, and in 2007 received the Hawaii State Bar Association’s Pro Bono Service Award for her exceptional commitment to pro bono and community service.
