Mr. Harada is an associate attorney practicing in the area of civil litigation and primarily represents clients in matters relating to premises liability, personal injury, insurance coverage, and insurance claims. He is also available to assist clients with trademark and copyright registrations and renewals, licensing, assignments, infringement actions, and other intellectual property matters.

Prior to joining Rush Moore as an associate attorney, Mr. Harada served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rhonda A. Nishimura (2006-2007), and worked as an associate attorney at Godbey Griffiths LLLP (2008-2011) and Dwyer Schraff Meyer Grant & Green (2011-2013). He also served as a session attorney advising Representative Karl Rhoads during the 2014 legislative session.
