Ms. Simbahon is an associate practicing in the areas of civil litigation, commercial law, and insurance defense.  She began working at Rush Moore LLP as a summer law clerk in 2016, and later joined the firm as an associate in 2017. 

 

Since joining the firm, Ms. Simbahon has participated in the Hawaii Federal Trial Academy (2019) and has been selected as a lawyer delegate to the United States District Court, District of Hawaii, Judicial Conference (2019-2021). 

 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Simbahon worked as a Legislative Aide for Senator Rosalyn H. Baker, as an AmeriCorps Advocate at the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii – Leeward Branch, and as a part-time law clerk for a family law attorney in Honolulu, Hawaii.

 

Ms. Simbahon received her law degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, William S. Richardson School of Law in 2017.  While pursuing her law degree, Ms. Simbahon completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Leslie E. Kobayashi of the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii, served as a Staff Writer for the University of Hawaii Law Review, and also served as a research assistant to Professor Eric K. Yamamoto.
