Ms. Tius has practiced law for over 25 years in the area of bankruptcy and creditor/debtor matters in commercial and consumer cases with an emphasis on representation of secured creditors, lessors and Bankruptcy Trustees. Ms. Tius is a frequent speaker to professional and community groups.

Ms. Tius graduated in 1974 from the University of California at San Diego and in 1979 from New England School of Law. She practiced law for a year in Boston before moving to Honolulu in 1980 when she became an associate of Rush Moore LLP A Limited Liability Law Partnership. She has been a partner since 1986, frequently serving on the firm's management committee.
