Mr. Mau has over 25 years of experience handling real estate related legal matters. His experience is in the areas of leased to fee conversion of single family lots and condominiums, lease rent renegotiations and arbitrations, real estate purchase and sale transactions, leasing and lease negotiations, agricultural leasing and real estate disputes.

Mr. Mau was born and raised in Hawai`i. He earned his undergraduate degree in finance and a masters in business administration from the University of Hawai`i. Mr. Mau earned his Juris Doctor from Hastings College of the Law in 1976 and was the Managing Editor of the Hastings Law Journal from 1975 to 1976.
