Mr. Harris is a partner in the firm, and practices in the area of civil litigation. Mr. Harris joined Rush Moore LLP after beginning his legal career as an active duty military officer in the Judge Advocate General's Department of the United States Air Force. As an assistant staff judge advocate he prosecuted criminal trials by courts-martial and advised military commanders on a variety of civil and administrative law issues.

In private practice, Mr. Harris has successfully represented individuals, businesses, resorts, tour operators, retailers and merchants in cases arising from real property disputes, premises liability claims, personal injury claims, wrongful death claims, commercial disputes, copyright infringement claims, and claims arising from Hawai'i's Deceptive Trade Practices Act, as well as the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
