Mr. Lyons was born in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1976. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Hawaii in 1999, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2006. From 2001 to 2003, he was an English instructor at Pearl City High School and Nishi Fukuoka High School (Fukuoka, Japan). Then in 2004, he was a summer associate at Ning, Lilly & Jones and a summer law clerk at the Family Court of the First Circuit. Mr. Lyons joined Rush Moore in September 2006 as a Law Clerk and became an associate attorney thereafter in November 2006.
