Ms. Clemen joined Rush Moore in January 2010 as an associate attorney. Prior to joining Rush Moore, Ms. Clemen served as a research attorney for the San Francisco Superior Court, where she analyzed and recommended rulings in hundreds of cases.

Ms. Clemen received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2007. While attending law school, Ms. Clemen externed for Justice James R. Lambden at the California Court of Appeal and Judges James L. Warren and Ronald E. Quidachay at the San Francisco Superior Court. Ms. Clemen was also Senior Articles Editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal, and authored the published note, "A Briefing for American Businesses Looking to Invest in Vietnam." Ms. Clemen speaks fluent Vietnamese.

Ms. Clemen graduated from the University of Washington in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
