Ms. Anzai has over 25 years of experience in real estate and business law. Ms. Anzai's practice has concentrated on real estate development, condominium law, commercial leasing, and the purchase and sale of real property. She has had extensive experience in the development and sales of condominium projects and residential subdivisions and in structuring, negotiating and documenting a wide variety of complex real property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and commercial leases.

Ms. Anzai graduated with distinction from the University of Hawai`i at Manoa in 1975 and is member of Phi Beta Kappa. She attended Boston University School of Law earning her Juris Doctor, with honors, in 1979. Ms. Anzai spent one year as law clerk to Chief Justice William S. Richardson of the Supreme Court of Hawai`i. Ms. Anzai thereafter has been in private practice. She has been a partner at Rush Moore LLP A Limited Liability Law Partnership since 1988. In 2007, she was the recipient of the Hawai`i State Bar Association's Pro Bono Service Award for her exceptional commitment to pro bono and community service.
