Ms. Andrews works in the area of civil litigation.

Ms. Andrews was born in Honolulu, Hawai`i. She received a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Hawaii in 1980, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Hawai`i in 1983. From 1983 to 1984, she was a law clerk to Justice Frank F. Padgett of the Hawai`i Supreme Court, and from 1991 to 1992, she was a law clerk to Judge David Alan Ezra of the United States District Court, Hawai`i. She has served as a member of the Hawai`i Campaign Spending Commission, the Hawai`i Engineers, Architects and Surveyor Licensing Board, the Merit Selection Panel of the United States District Court, Hawai`i, and the Disciplinary Board of the Hawai`i Supreme Court. She has been the Hawai`i Delegate to the United States District Court Judicial Conference and serves as an arbitrator for the Court Annexed Arbitration Program. Ms. Andrews was formerly a partner at Ezra, O'Connor & Moon and Andrews & Yamamoto, LLLC, before becoming Of Counsel to Rush Moore LLP A Limited Liability Law Partnership in 2004.
