Ms. Andrews has over 25 years of experience in civil litigation, including defense of officers and directors, errors and omissions defense, and contract and property litigation.

Ms. Andrews was born in Honolulu, Hawai`i. She received a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Hawaii in 1980, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Hawai`i in 1983. From 1983 to 1984, she was a law clerk to Justice Frank F. Padgett of the Hawai`i Supreme Court, and from 1991 to 1992, she was a law clerk to Judge David Alan Ezra of the United States District Court, Hawai`i. She has served as a member of the Hawai`i Campaign Spending Commission, the Hawai`i Engineers, Architects and Surveyor Licensing Board, the Merit Selection Panel of the United States District Court, Hawai`i, and the Disciplinary Board of the Hawai`i Supreme Court. She has been the Hawai`i Delegate to the United States District Court Judicial Conference and serves as an arbitrator for the Court Annexed Arbitration Program. Ms. Andrews was formerly a partner at Ezra, O’Connor & Moon and Andrews & Yamamoto, LLLC, before becoming Of Counsel to Rush Moore LLP A Limited Liability Law Partnership in 2004.
